New Patients or New Injury (30m)  Click Here

New patients please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out paper work.  Please plan on being at the office for about an hour.  Your 30 min appointment is with the doctor, but you will also see the massage therapist and may receive additional therapies.

New Injuries:  If you have seen Dr. Bartkowski before, but you have a new injury, please schedule a 30 minute appointment to allow Dr. Bartkowski time to evaluate your new injury.

Regular Visit (15m) Click Here

A regular visit includes 15 minutes with the massage therapist and 15 minutes with Dr. Bartkowski.
